This project has been very enjoyable for us, with a lot of hard, yet hidden work to get it looking like it does now. This house threw many different challenges at us, such as 5 layers of wallpaper on some walls, polystyrene tiles on all ceilings, tiles on top of tiles, walls on top of walls, vinyl flooring on top of tiles and so on. But we cracked on, and here we are today. The whole house has been re-skimmed, re-wired, re-plumbed, and re-painted, as well as a new bathroom, a revamped downstairs bathroom, a new kitchen, and a new utility, making the house look fresh, modern and clean.
